This Construction Reports Service contains information about plans, bidders and other matters that may be of interest to subscribers of the Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc. (bxwi.com). Efforts have been made to assure the accuracy of the information reported, but bxwi.com offers no warranty, expressed or implied, that any of the reported information in this library is complete and accurate. The best source of information for project files are the actual plans and specifications maintained by the Design Professional and/or the designated Plan Provider.

The Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, in connection with the use or operation of the Construction Reports Service. Replication is prohibited.

The information on the Construction Reports Service is provided for the use of bxwi.com subscribers for the sole purpose of preparing bids and/or price quotes. Each individual using the system must possess a uniquely assigned password. The "sharing" of a password is prohibited.

The Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc. will not be liable for any losses, including lost data, information, profits or any other incidents of consequential damages that may be sustained or arise out of the use, operation or ability to use or operate the Construction Reports Service. In consideration for the privilege of using the Construction Reports Service, users hereby release bxwi.com, it officers, employees, and the web master from any and all claims arising from the use of this system.

The Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc. reserves the rights to control or limit access to the Construction Reports Service. Access may be denied at any time for any reason. Access will be denied to any individual or company who makes use of the Construction Reports Service for improper purposes. Access will be denied to anyone who uses obscene, abrasive or questionable language on this system.

The Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc. reserves the right to monitor all information stored in any files, programs or messages. Further; bxwi.com maintains the right to delete or edit any file, program or message that contains, in the sole discretion of the Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc., any obscene, abrasive, or otherwise objectionable language or material. Subscribers of bxwi.com shall hold the Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc. harmless from any claims or damages, which may result from such actions by the Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc.

The United States Copyright laws prohibit the distribution of copyright materials without proper authorization. The Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc. will not tolerate any use of the Construction Reports Service, in which any way violates the United States Copyright laws. Users must report to the bxwi.com editor any use of the Construction Reports Service which may amount to a copyright infringement. If, in its sole discretion, the Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc. determines that any information has been loaded onto the Construction Reports Service in violation of the Copyright laws, bxwi.com will delete that information. Subscribers of bxwi.com shall hold the Builders Exchange of Wisconsin, Inc. harmless from any claims or damages resulting from such deletion. Any user who, without authorization, loads copyrighted information to the Construction Reports Service shall indemnify and hold bxwi.com harmless from any and all resulting claims and liability.
